Sir John Trelawny – Baronet (posthumously received by his son Sir John) - A very active Past President of L.C.A. – developed “virtual L.C.A.”, Family History, wrote many books – deeply moved by the award, but sadly passed away soon after receiving the news.

Pete Goss: Torpoint – Successfully arrived in Australia to a heroes’ welcome with his intrepid crew, after a commemorative 12,000 mile voyage in the ‘Spirit of Mystery’ from Newlyn to Melbourne by seven Cornish fishermen 154 years ago.
